The ACTS weekend is presented by Catholic lay people with the support of clergy and a spiritual director. The goals of the weekend retreat are to strengthen your faith, to renew yourself spiritually, to build purpose in your prayer life and to build lasting friendships with your church community.

As a result of the apparition of our Mother Mary in 1531 to St. Juan Diego, groups of faithful have formed to give special honor to Mary under the title of Our Lady of Guadalupe. In 1578, Pope Gregory XIII gave official recognition to these groups and granted special spiritual privileges to their members. The Confraternity of Our Lady of Guadalupe at St. Joseph South San is one of the most faithful groups by supporting some of our parish endeavors. All ladies, men and young adults are welcome.
